Tacoma, WA - Auto Accident Ends in Injuries on WA-16

Tacoma, WA (April 18, 2025) - At approximately 7:41 p.m., on April 17, a traffic accident occurred in Tacoma that resulted in injuries. Responders were sent to the scene on Washington 16 near the Nalley Valley Viaduct to render aid to those involved.

Paramedics treated injured victims at the scene before transporting seriously wounded patients to local hospitals for further care. No one involved in the wreck has currently been identified as police in Tacoma continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident. The road was closed while responders worked at the scene, and local motorists were urged to use alternate routes.
