Tacoma, WA (February 24, 2025) - A crash in Tacoma ended in injuries and delays on February 24. Responders were sent to the scene at approximately 10:00 a.m. on Interstate 5 near South 272nd Street. The crash was blocking the right lane while responders worked to clear the wreckage from the scene and help those with injuries.

At least one individual was transported to the hospital with injuries, though the nature of those injuries has not been reported at this time. Police asked drivers commuting in the area to find alternate routes to allow for the investigation to be carried out.
