Tacoma, WA (January 29, 2025) – At least one person was hurt in a traffic collision in Tacoma on January 29. Emergency responders were sent to the scene of the wreck on Interstate 5 near Portland Avenue at approximately 9:19 p.m. An unspecified number of vehicles collided in the area, resulting in the presence of police and paramedics. The interstate was blocked for some time while emergency crews worked at the scene. EMS transported those in need of extensive medical care to the hospital by ambulance.
