Pasco Co., WA - Eric L. Wommack Killed in Collision with Semi on Hwy 12

Pasco Co., WA (January 30, 2025) – A man identified as 63-year-old Eric L. Wommack of Pomeroy lost his life after his vehicle was struck by a semi-truck in Pacco County. Reports show the wreck occurred on Wednesday morning, January 29, on Highway 12. Wommack was operating a white Ford Ranger headed west on the highway at approximately 8:40 a.m. when his vehicle was struck by a semi-truck hauling a double tanker trailer. The semi reportedly pulled across both highway lanes from Sacajawea Park Road toward Tank Farm Road. Wommack was trapped in the wreckage and lost his life at the scene, according to reports. Police in Pasco County continue to investigate the details of the accident.
