Tukwila, WA - Deadly Crash Kills One, Hurts Several at SR-599 on Interuban Overpass

Tukwila, WA (March 7, 2025) - Police in Tukwila are currently investigating a fatal collision that occurred on Friday morning, March 7. Reports show the incident took place at approximately 10:30 a.m. on State Route 599 on the Interuban Overpass.

Police informed that a vehicle involved in the collision went off the overpass and landed in the northbound lanes of Interstate 5, blocking the roadway. One person lost their life at the scene, and another individual suffered serious injuries. Four others suffered minor injuries. Traffic delays stretched approximately four miles while responders worked at the scene. No one involved has been identified as police continue to investigate the incident.
