Montlake, WA (April 6, 2025) - A pedestrian crash resulted in injuries in Montlake on Sunday, April 6. Reports show a 20-year-old Tacoma resident was sent to the hospital after he was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross State Route 520 just north of Seattle. The vehicle did not stop to check on the man, according to reports.
Police informed that the collision occurred at approximately 1:14 a.m. just south of Montlake Boulevard. The man was crossing from the eastbound lanes into the westbound lanes when he was hit, and the vehicle continued driving west without stopping. The male victim was transported to Harborview Medical Center by ambulance after the crash. Authorities blocked the road for over five hours while responders worked at the scene.
