Tacoma, WA - Rollover Crash with Injuries on SR-512 near S Meridian St

Tacoma, WA (May 15, 2025) - A rollover collision on eastbound State Route 512 near the South Meridian Street exit in Tacoma led to significant traffic disruptions on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred around 1:25 p.m., resulting in the complete blockage of eastbound lanes

First responders worked at the scene to help involved parties and transport those in need of medical treatment to local hospitals. The accident caused substantial delays, with all eastbound traffic being diverted to Meridian Street. Drivers were advised to seek alternative routes and expect extended travel times as crews worked to clear the scene.

Emergency responders and the Washington State Department of Transportation worked to manage the situation. Police continue to investigate.
