Pasco, WA (May 26, 2025) — On May 25, a 40-year-old man from College Place was airlifted to Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland following a crash on US Highway 12, just east of Pasco.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the vehicle, carrying five people, veered off the road and overturned. While three passengers escaped without injuries, the 17-year-old driver was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The condition of the man who was airlifted remains unclear at this time.
WSP officials identified improper lane usage as the primary cause of the accident. Fortunately, all occupants were wearing seatbelts when the crash occurred. Police in Pasco continue to investigate the details of the accident.
