Seattle, WA (March 1, 2025) - A fatal pedestrian crash happened in Seattle on Friday evening, February 28. According to information provided by the Seattle Police Department, police responded to reports of a person down in the road on North 137th Street. Officers responded to the scene near Aurora Avenue in Haller Lake at approximately 5:40 p.m. on Friday. They found a 31-year-old man suffering from life-threatening injuries.
Police say the victim was intentionally run over by a vehicle that then fled the area. Due to the extent of his injuries, the man later lost his life. His name has not been reported at this time as police continue to investigate. A 35-year-old man was later arrested in connection with the deadly incident.
