Stevens Co., WA (June 15, 2025) – A deadly multi-car collision brought traffic to a standstill on Sunday evening, June 15, along southbound Highway 395, roughly one mile south of Loon Lake, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The crash involved three vehicles and completely blocked the southbound lanes, prompting a rapid response from emergency crews. Authorities have confirmed at least one fatality as a result of the incident.

The Washington State Department of Transportation dispatched personnel to the scene to assist with traffic management. In the meantime, a detour was established to reroute drivers through nearby local roads while the investigation and cleanup efforts were underway.
