W Lakeland, WA (February 17, 2025) - The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reports a 17-year-old lost her life in a collision in West Lakeland Township. The two-vehicle crash happened just after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 14, on Stagecoach Trail. The wreck occurred near the intersection with 10th Street.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they found one of the drivers, a 17-year-old girl, with life-threatening injuries. Despite life-saving efforts made by paramedics, the girl lost her life due to the extent of her injuries. Police in West Lakeland continue to investigate the details of the crash to determine its cause.
