Preston, WA (May 26, 2025) — A rollover crash on westbound Interstate 90 near milepost 22 caused significant traffic delays Monday morning, May 26, sending two people to the hospital and prompting a major emergency response.
Eastside Fire and Rescue responded to the scene just after 9 a.m., where they found a single vehicle involved in the crash west of the Preston-Fall City Road exit. One of the individuals suffered critical injuries, according to first responders.
While traffic is still moving through the area, heavy congestion remains, and Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) crews have been seen working on both sides of the freeway.
The Washington State Patrol is advising drivers to avoid the area if possible and to exercise caution while passing through the crash site.
