Salkum, WA - Head-On Accident on Hwy 12 Results in Injuries

Salkum, WA (March 30, 2025) - Shortly before 1:00 a.m., on March 29, a head-on collision occurred in Salkum that ended in injuries. Two vehicles crashed on Highway 12 near Salkum Road and caused injuries to those involved. One or more patients received emergency medical attention at the scene before being transported to the hospital for further care.

The highway was blocked while responders worked in the area, and troopers urged local motorists to find alternate routes. At this time, police in Salkum are working to determine the cause of the accident.
