Tacoma, WA (June 19, 2025) — A collision on southbound State Route 161 near 152nd Street East caused significant traffic delays Thursday evening and resulted in injuries.
The crash occurred at approximately 4:24 p.m. on June 19, near milepost 22.73, according to Washington State Patrol reports. Emergency responders arrived quickly to assist those involved, and at least one person was reported injured and transported to a local hospital for treatment.
