Spokane Co., WA - Head-on Crash with Injuries on US 395 near Dragoon Rd

Spokane County, WA (June 20, 2025) — A serious head-on collision on U.S. Route 395 near Dragoon Road sent multiple people to the hospital and prompted a full closure of the highway Wednesday morning, June 18, according to the Washington State Patrol.

The crash, which involved two vehicles, caused major damage and triggered a large-scale emergency response. Several ambulances were dispatched to the scene, where first responders provided immediate medical assistance.
